New Hours and Disconnection Policy

Iredell Water Corporation wants to inform our customers of two recent policy changes that will take effect January 1st, 2016. Please take time to read and share this information with other Iredell Water Corporation customers.
Our office closing time will change to 4:30 pm. Our new office hours will be 8:00am-- 4:30pm, Monday -Friday. We do close each day between 12:30pm & 1:30pm for lunch.
Also our disconnection policy has changed. Beginning January 2016 any account past due 30 days (2 consecutive unpaid bills) will have a $40.00 delinquency fee added to the account and water service will be disconnected. The old policy was 60 days past due (3 consecutive unpaid bills). Please remember we do not send out additional late notices, past due balances and messages will always be posted on your bill. As a courtesy we do make every effort to contact past due account holders with an automated message via phone or email. Please keep your contact information, including your email, current with our office.
For your convenience we offer the following payment options: automatic bank draft, cash, check, credit/debit cards, over the phone and online payments. Online payments can be accessed through our website at www.iredellwater.com .Just click on BILL PAYMENT. There is a $2.00 service fee for this option, and there is also a $5.00 fee to pay by phone with a Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card. We also offer a drop-box beside our drive thru window for afterhours drop off payments.
