Our crews are currently working on an water main repair in the E Memorial Hwy & Old Mocksville Rd (V Point) area and the water will be turned off in this area starting around 10AM today.
Customers in the following areas will/may experience low water pressure or temporary loss of water service:
- E Memorial Hwy, east end of Old Mocksville Rd, Society Rd, Hayes Farm Rd, Vaughn Mill Rd, Sunflower Rd, and Stroud Rd.
We anticipate the repair and flushing process, beginning around 10AM, to take approximately 2-3 hours.
If you notice discolored or milky water after service is restored, please flush the cold water only from a bathtub faucet for several minutes. If discoloration persists, contact our office at 704-876-0672. For after-hours assistance, please call 704-876-0673.
