Notice is hereby given that the 53rd Annual Meeting of Members of Iredell Water Corporation will be held at Iredell Water Corporation, 571 Jennings Rd, Statesville, NC on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021. Registration will begin at 5:45 PM with the business meeting to commence at 6:00 PM.

Due to COVID-19 there will be no refreshments or door prizes this year. Anyone requesting to speak is asked to pre-register by emailing info@iredellwater.com with your name, address, and account number. Entry into meeting may be limited due to any State or Federal restrictions or measures imposed for the general public.

This is the annual meeting required by the corporation charter with the following item of business to be considered and acted upon.

1. The election of three directors for terms of three years
   • The terms of three members of the Board of Directors expire and the Nominating Committee is presenting for nomination the following:
     • Harmony-Union Grove District              Wayne Smith
     • Cool Springs District                             Robert Lackey
     • Fairview District                                     Lorne Cook

To consider and act upon such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
