Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of members of Iredell Water Corporation will be held at Iredell Water Corporation on Saturday, February 25, 2017. Registration and refreshments will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the business meeting to commence at 10:00 a.m.

  This is the annual meeting required by the corporation charter with the following items of business to be considered and acted upon.

1. Approve revised By-Laws

Revised by-laws are presented for review on our website at www.iredellwater.com Click on all forms and reports or click on the following link to review the Amended Corporation Bylaws.

2. The election of three directors for terms of three years.

The terms of three members of the Board of Directors expire and the Nominating Committee is presenting for nomination the following:

•  Harmony-Union Grove District                  Ed Bissell
•  Cool Springs District                                Franklin Rash
•  Fairview District                                       Lowell Harmon

      To consider and act upon such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. The directors urge all members to attend this meeting. Drawing for door prizes will be held at the conclusion of the meeting.
